Wellness@Work

We have developed a 12 week program to assist employees to reach their life goals in terms of their work, personal life, health, wellness and fitness.

Ours is not another employee assistance program, but rather a life skills program designed specifically to enhance the individuals and thereby making the collective team stronger.

The program not only deals with nutrition, health, lifestyle and fitness education, but also with setting goals, creating life plans and achieving goals across eight (8) aspects of wellness, being:

  2. Occupational Wellness
  3. Financial Wellness
  4. Intellectual Wellness
  5. Emotional Wellness
  6. Spiritual Wellness
  7. Social Wellness
  8. Environmental Wellness
